The incident took place on Sunday evening, when Ehsan Khan and his family arrived at the fuel station to refill their vehicle with CNG. Following standard safety protocols, attendant Rajnish Kumar politely asked the passengers to exit the car during refuelling, a common safety measure at gas stations.

However, what should have been a brief interaction turned volatile. Ehsan Khan didn’t take kindly to the request and began arguing with the attendant. CCTV footage shows Khan stepping out of the car and confronting Kumar, with the verbal spat quickly turning physical. Kumar, defending himself, pushed Khan back with his elbow. That’s when things took a dangerous turn.

Khan’s daughter, Ariba, stormed into the scene, shoved the worker, and then ran back to the car. Moments later, she returned this time with a revolver in hand. Marching straight up to Rajnish Kumar, she pointed the gun at his chest and issued a chilling threat: “Itni goliyaan maarungi ki ghar wale pehchaan nahi payenge” (“I’ll shoot so many bullets that your family won’t be able to recognize you”).

Despite the life-threatening situation, Kumar stood his ground and argued back, even as bystanders tried to de-escalate the standoff. Ariba’s mother eventually pulled her daughter away, and the family drove off but the matter didn’t end there.

Kumar promptly filed a police complaint. Acting swiftly, authorities detained the family and seized the revolver, which was legally registered in the name of Ehsan Khan.
