Suzuki to Increase Car Prices
India’s largest carmaker, Maruti Suzuki, is gearing up for another price hike, set to take effect from April 2024. The company announced on Monday that vehicle prices would rise by up to 4%, citing increased input costs and operational expenses.

Despite continuous efforts to optimize costs and reduce the impact on customers, the automaker stated that a portion of these rising expenses would need to be passed on to buyers. The price increase will vary across models, ranging from the budget-friendly Alto K10 to the premium Invicto multi-purpose vehicle.

This isn’t the first price adjustment of the year—back in January, Maruti Suzuki had already implemented a price hike of up to ₹32,500 across different models, effective from February 1.
