Director Rajkumar Santoshi is very excited about working with two veteran actors of Bollywood namely Aamir Khan and Sunny Deol. The trio is teaming up for the first time. The huge success of Gadar 2 has already been observed by moviegoers, and now director Rajkumar Satoshi has added to their enthusiasm by revealing that he is working with Aamir Khan and Sunny Deol on the highly awaited next film “Lahore 1947.” Santoshi continued by saying that Javed Akhtar and AR Rahman would also be involved with this enormous endeavor.
While giving update about this film Santoshi mentioned that he is reuniting with Aamir after a long time. Rajkumar says, “Also, it’s a reunion with the most talented people. I worked with Aamir in Andaz Apna Apna and this time he is collaborating as a producer. On the other hand, with Sunny Deol, we made the most loved films like Ghayal, Damini, and Ghatak.”
Not only Santoshi but moviegoers too are excited to know more about this project. The film will surely hit the theatres with great appreciation and the proof of the same is its great team which according to Santoshi is, “For a film of this magnitude, I can’t think of anyone else than AR Rahman as a music composer, he is one of the top composers in the world right now. Javed Akhtar and I share a very good bond with each other for many years, having him for this project as a lyricist is a delight. This is truly the best dream team and rare to come together. With all the positivity and full of energy, we will commence the shoot for the film very soon.”
