Woman fights with husband and kills her 3-year-old daughter
After a quarrel with her husband, a lady in Nagpur, Maharashtra, is accused of killing her three-year-old daughter and walking around with the body for roughly four kilometers before reporting the crime to the police, officials familiar with the matter said.
According to them, the incident happened on Monday night within the boundaries of the MIDC police station. Four years ago, the accused, Twinkle Raut, 23, and her husband, Rama Laxman Raut, 24, relocated to Nagpur in pursuit of work.

They lived in a room at the company’s premises on Hingna Road in the MIDC neighborhood and worked for a paper products company, according to an official. The police claimed that their relationship was characterized by regular arguments resulting from mistrust in one another.
On Monday at about 4 p.m., the couple got into another argument, a MIDC police station officer said.

Their daughter started crying in the middle of the argument, which made her mom irritated. And in the same irritation, she stormed out of the house and killed the infant by strangling her under a tree.
Afterwards, she traveled over four kilometers on foot with the body. She saw a police patrol car at about eight o’clock that evening and told the security staff about her act.

According to the official, after the cops brought the infant to the hospital, medical professionals pronounced her dead. Once the woman was taken into custody, the MIDC police filed charges against her for murder under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
After reading this news one must have again recalled the famous saying that steps taken in anger are never right. It can easily be guessed that the woman must be repenting her deeds but it’s useless as her daughter can’t be made alive again.
