A man named Harshit Yadav, 23, died when a fire extinguisher exploded during refilling at a warehouse in the Talkatora area of Lucknow. Harshit, who lived in Faizullahganj, worked at this gas filling warehouse located in a house in Rajajipuram D-Block.

The police are investigating if the warehouse was operating illegally since the owner is currently missing. ACP Dharmendra Singh Raghuvanshi mentioned that the company did have a license according to the initial investigation. They will also check if safety standards were followed.
