Hey everyone, I’m Manish Giri Goswami, and I want to share my life story with you. I come from a small place in Madhya Pradesh called Chhatarpur. I went to a local college and later tried studying in a bigger city, but I felt too homesick and came back. I always liked computers, and when cyber cafes opened in my hometown, I got really interested.
I dreamed of a career in software and even convinced my dad to send me to college in Indore. But things didn’t go as planned. I got homesick again, and the courses weren’t what I expected. Eventually, I packed my bags and went back home without realizing it was a big mistake.
Back in Chhatarpur, I realized that to achieve my dreams, I needed to go back to a bigger city. So, I went back to Indore for my MCA. After finishing my studies, my family got me married, which wasn’t part of my plans. I really wanted a good job for myself, so despite being married, I kept looking for jobs in different cities, but I faced a lot of health issues and had to come back home each time.
Still determined, I tried starting a consulting and software firm with a friend, but another job opportunity came up in Noida, and I worked there for a while. Later, I came back to Indore and started my own software company called “Votive Technologies,” which is doing well.
Family pressures kept pulling me back home, and I ended up helping my dad run our old cinema hall. While working there, I also got into reading books and watching YouTube videos in my free time. This was a time of self-discovery and improvement for me.
I faced challenges like a failed cafe venture, but the cinema hall became successful after I renovated it. TikTok became a fun way for me to express myself, and I transitioned to YouTube, where I’ve shared over 300 videos about various topics.
Now, I’m working on my own website, www.manishgoswami.com, where I plan to offer useful e-books and courses. I’m also starting a business called www.dapear.com, focusing on health supplements, affordable clothing, and grooming products to help people look and feel their best.
“Dapear” is a combination of “appear” and “dapper,” and it reflects my goal to help people improve their outer appearance without spending a lot. I’ve learned a lot from my experiences, and I want to share that knowledge.
Education is something I’m passionate about, and through my website, I hope to provide helpful e-books and courses for everyone.
