She called to say that Bhoop Singh and his friends were drinking alcohol at a nearby house when an argument broke out. Upon arriving at the scene, she found Bhoop Singh injured on the ground with one of his friends, holding a cricket bat, standing nearby.

During interrogation, Anish confessed that the argument escalated, leading him to strike Bhoop Singh on the head with a cricket bat before fleeing the scene. A murder case has been filed against Anish.
